Development is a process, in which all people should take part, development is change of view, and this will then also lead to sustainable exterior development. We can give this kind of independence to the people there (and also have to, because we all live on this planet in a community dependent on all), by finally understanding how they see (live), and to give them in an emotional way our experience, by living with them.
